No More Wallpaper

Saturday morning there was an open house at our local craft store with great discounts. Kristi, Tracie, and I went to check it out. After we finished, Kristi had the great idea to take down the wallpaper in our kitchen. She had never taken wall paper down before and came ver prepared after researching it on the internet.

So here is the before look.

There is no more wallpaper in our house.

That's what I call a good friend--way to go, Kristi. It is going to looks great. Amazing when I think we once thought flowered wallpaper was so beautiful!! In fact, Carl once made a living doing wallpapering. Hmmm, where is Darren in these pictures?

Darren was fishing. But, in his defense, he didn't know we were going to do this. We didn't start until after they had already left to go fishing and he did finish what we didn't get done. He even let Kevin and Ethan help and that requires patience.
